Adding and Tracking Daily Tasks in Keka's Mobile App

Keka's mobile app offers a convenient way to track your daily tasks and time spent. By following these simple steps, you can ensure accurate time tracking and efficient project management.

 

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open the Keka Mobile App

    • Start by opening the Keka app on your mobile device.
    • The home screen will display today’s timesheet option.
  2. Add a Task to Today’s Timesheet

    • On the home screen, locate the Add Tasks option under today’s timesheet.
    • Tap on the Add Tasks icon to open the timesheet task screen.

  3. Select Task for Time Entry

    • In the timesheet task screen, check the box next to each task you want to update for today.

      • After selecting the tasks, return to the home screen to verify that the selected tasks are now reflected under today’s timesheet.

  4. Enter Time and Comments

    • Tap on the task you’ve added to bring up the time entry screen.

    • Enter the time spent on the task and add any comments or status updates to provide additional context.

  5. Review Your Updated Timesheet

    • Return to the home screen to view the updated timesheet, which now reflects your task, time entry, and comments.
