The Data Import feature in Keka allows admins to easily upload bulk data, such as job details, personal information, or financial details, from external sources to the portal. It also provides an easy way to track who imported which data and when.
Follow these steps to check the import logs in Keka:
Click on Global Settings (gear icon) at the top of the screen and select Data Imports. Here, you’ll see the status of the imports (e.g., pending, completed, failed).
Use the search bar in the Data Imports section to locate the specific report you want to import or check.
For an alternative method to check import data:
Go to the Org section of the Keka portal.
Click on the Dashboard tab, then go to Employee Reports.
Scroll down to the Employee Policies & Others section and click on Import Logs.
In the Import Logs window, you can filter the logs by Import Status (Pending, Completed, or Failed).
The generated report will display the import details, such as the data type, the number of records, the date of import, the status, and the employee who performed the import.
This ensures you can keep track of data imports efficiently and accurately.
