      Xoxoday Integration

      What is Xoxoday?

      Xoxoday is a platform that allows your employees to redeem the points that they have gathered on Keka. It helps you complete the loop on rewards and recognition by solving for the rewards distribution part through a variety of reward options, including gift cards, experiences, and merchandise.

      How to Enable Xoxoday Integration

      Account setup

      1. If you don't have a Xoxoday account, sign up on their website.
      2. Your Xoxoday Account manager will be helping you out with the initial implementation.
      3. Once you have access to the Xoxoday platform as an administrator, you can navigate to Settings-> API-> Storefront Integration.  On the "Storefront Integration" page, click on "Generate New Tokens" CTA and copy the generated refresh token.
        1. You can then login to Keka as an administrator, navigate to "Apps" section and search for "Xoxoday" App. Click on the "Install" CTA and add the copied refresh token and save the configuration. You will see a "Connection Successful" banner if the refresh token is valid.
        2. In case there is any error, then regenerate the tokens from Xoxoday account and repeat the app installation process in Keka again.

      4. Customize Rewards: Set up reward criteria and customize the reward options for your employees by heading to the <rewards setting page>.

      5. Launch: Start using the integrated system to automate and manage employee rewards and benefits.
