Efficient project health tracking is a cornerstone of successful project management. Keka PSA provides tools for updating project health individually or in bulk, ensuring seamless tracking and timely interventions. Below is a detailed guide to simplify the process.

 

For Individual Project Health Updates

Why Update Individually?
Regular updates to project health for individual projects ensure accurate progress tracking, help identify risks, and enable proactive resolution of issues.

Steps to Update Individual Project Health:

  1. Access Project Section:

    • Navigate to the Projects section and click on Projects to view all active projects. To access a complete list, go to the All Projects tab.



  2. Select Specific Project:

    • Find the project you want to update and click on its name to open the detailed page.
  3. Update Health Status:

    • Locate the Health section and select Update Health. A pop-up window will appear.



    • Update the Status of various health parameters and add Comments for context.



    • Click Update to save changes.

Reminder Feature:

  • You can send reminder emails to project managers for pending health updates. This ensures timely actions to maintain project progress.

 

Bulk Updates for Project Health

Why Use Bulk Updates?
Managing multiple projects at once can save time and reduce manual effort. Bulk updates allow you to send reminders or update project statuses for several projects simultaneously.

Steps to Process Bulk Updates:

  1. Navigate to Project Health Tab:

    • Go to the Projects section under the Project tab and click on Project Health.



  2. Filter Projects:

    • Use the date range filter to identify projects needing updates.
  3. Send Reminders:

    • Select multiple projects from the filtered list and click the Remind button to notify project managers. For individual reminders, use the three dots in the Actions column.
