Streamline Your Project Health with Individual and Bulk Updates
For Individual Project Health Update:
Regularly updating the project health for individual projects in Keka PSA is essential for accurate tracking and monitoring. It allows you to assess progress, identify any issues or risks, and take the necessary actions to keep the project on track. Let's delve into how you can efficiently update the project health for individual projects within Keka PSA.
Steps to Configure:
Go to the Project (1) section and select Projects (2). This will display a list of all the Active projects your organization is currently working on. If you prefer, you can also view all projects by navigating to the All Projects section.
From there, locate the specific project (3) you wish to update the health for and click on it to access its detailed page.
In the project details, locate the Health section and then click on the Update Health.
A new window will pop up, allowing you to update the Status for various Health parameters. You can also provide Comments for additional context or information. Make sure to answer the Status questions and then simply click the Update button to save your changes.
Note: Along with individual updates, Keka PSA also offers the feature to send reminder emails to project managers for updating project health.
Step to Process:
Go to the Projects section within the Project tab. From there, access the Project Health tab where you will find a list of projects eligible for reminders.
To focus on projects that need attention, you have the option to filter the project list by a specific date range. Once you have applied the filter, you can select multiple projects and send a reminder for all of them simultaneously by clicking on the "Remind" button. Alternatively, for individual projects, you can click on the three dots in the actions column and select "Remind" to send a reminder email specifically for that project.
