This new feature empowers project managers to measure progress, identify discrepancies, and maintain alignment with project goals, making it an invaluable tool for effective project management.

 

What are WBS Baseline Reports in PSA?

Baseline reports capture the original project plan, including:

  • Scope: The initial deliverables and requirements.
  • Task Schedule: Deadlines and timelines for each phase or task.
  • Milestones: Key checkpoints within the project lifecycle.

By comparing current project data with the baseline, managers can evaluate variances and adjust strategies to stay on track.

Who Can Access WBS Baseline Reports?

This feature is available exclusively to users on the 3rd Plan of Keka's PSA module.

 

How to Access WBS Baseline Reports

Follow these steps to access and create baseline reports:

Accessing the Reports

 

Select the Project option from the left navigation bar, then click on the Project tab followed by Active Projects to view your ongoing projects.



Select a specific project. Go to the Reports section. And open WBS Baseline Reports.

Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the Projects screen.



Select Add New to Create Baseline.
Assign a name to the baseline and click Save.



Run Report: Open the reports section to view project metrics against the baseline.
