Quickly Track and Analyze Team Timesheet Status for Efficient Workflow Management


The Team Timesheet Status Report feature in Keka’s PSA allows managers to efficiently track the submission and approval status of timesheets for their teams. This report provides a quick overview of all team members' timesheet statuses, helping managers identify any pending or approved submissions. It ensures that time tracking, and approval processes are streamlined, making it easier to manage workloads and compliance.

Steps to Generate the Team Timesheet Status Report

Follow these steps to access and run the Team Timesheet Status Report:

From the left navigation bar, click on My Team to access the team management section. Under the My Team menu, click on Timesheet to view relevant options. Select Report within the Timesheet section. In the Category dropdown, choose Timesheet Report. Click on the option labeled Team Timesheet Status Report to open the configuration window.



 

In the new window, configure the following:

      • Reporting Tree Type: Select the desired hierarchy or tree structure.

      • Date Range: Specify the duration for which you want the report.

      • Status: Choose from the following options:

        • Not Submitted

        • Waiting for Approval

        • Approved

        • Rejected

        • Partially Approved


    • After setting the criteria, click on the Run button to generate the report.


    • The report will display the timesheet status for your team based on the selected parameters, allowing you to review and analyze the data.
