      1. Access the Smart Allocator: When using the Smart Allocator to assign resources, you'll find the "Raise a Hiring Request" option.
      2. Navigate to Resource Requests: Go to "Resources >> Resource Requests" to view and manage all requests. Click on the Role section, and under Role Requests, choose Actions, then select the Allocate Resource option.

      3. Submit the Request: Clicking this option will initiate a hiring request, notifying your organization's HR department of the need for additional resources.

       

      Managing Hiring Requests


      • Hiring Requests Overview: All raised hiring requests can be easily viewed and managed under "Resources >> Resource Requests >> Hiring Requests."
      • Request Actions: You can take actions like "View," "Close Request," or "Reject Request" based on the status of the hiring process.
