Streamline Your Resource Acquisition with Keka PSA's Hiring Request Feature

We're excited to introduce a valuable addition to Keka PSA: the ability to raise hiring requests. This new feature simplifies the process of identifying and acquiring the necessary resources for your projects.

Benefits of Hiring Requests:

  • Efficient Resource Acquisition: Streamline the process of identifying and acquiring the necessary resources for your projects.
  • Improved Communication: Clearly communicate your resource needs to the HR department.
  • Enhanced Project Management: Ensure timely allocation of resources to avoid project delays.
  • Centralized Tracking: Maintain a centralized record of hiring requests for better oversight and management.

How It Works:

1. Access the Smart Allocator: When using the Smart Allocator to assign resources to projects, if no suitable suggestions appear, you'll now see the option to "Raise a Hiring Request."

To initiate a hiring request, first navigate to the Project section in the left navigation bar. From there, select the Resources option, followed by Resource Requests. Click on the Role section, and under Role Requests, choose Actions, then select the Allocate Resource option.

2. Submit the Request: Clicking this option will initiate a hiring request, notifying your organization's HR department of the need for additional resources.

Visibility and Management:

  • Hiring Requests Overview: All raised hiring requests can be easily viewed and managed under "Resources >> Resource Requests >> Hiring Requests."
  • Request Actions: You can take actions like "View," "Close Request," or "Reject Request" based on the status of the hiring process.
