How to submit review form?


When a review cycle is initiated, it will result in review forms being triggered to employees, giving them the chance to add their feedback on tasks completed/objectives achieved. This form can be accessed by the employees on their Me or Inbox section.


Here is how an employee can access the same -

Navigate to Inbox (1), then select Performance Reviews (2), and under the Review Form section, click on Start Review (3).



On the next window, you will be able to view the Instructions. Click on Start Review or Next to proceed with the Review process.



Provide appropriate responses to the given review questions (1) & click on Next (2) to proceed forward. You may click on the Save option to save your current progress & continue filling the form later.




Click on Submit Review (1) to submit the review form, or you may click on Save to submit it at a later point in time.



Alternatively, you can go to the Me (1) section and open the Performance (2) tab where you will see the Reviews (3) section. 

Here you will see the reviews that are currently active. On the required active review, click on Submit Review (4) to initiate the submission process.



On the next window, you will be able to view the Instructions. Click on Start Review or Next to proceed with the review process.
