How to check the monthly income tax statement?

To check the monthly income tax statement, navigate to Payroll (1) >> Reports (2) and select the Payroll, Contributions & Tax (3) tab.


In the Income Tax Reports section, select Monthly Income Tax Statement



In the Monthly Income Tax Statement Report page, select the Pay Group for which you want the report to be generated. Also, select the year and the month. You can use the filters like Employment Status, Job Title, and more to further refine the report.  Click Run once you've made the selections.


 

The report will be generated based on your selections. You can download the report in Excel format using the Download icon.
