How to archive a candidate in Keka HIRE?
Archiving serves the purpose of long-term data storage, preserving records for future reference while ensuring accessibility. When it comes to candidates you have rejected or who are no longer involved in the interview process, you can simply archive them. Archiving moves these candidates to a separate Archived list within the Job, removing them from the active interview process. This way, they remain available for reference but won't clutter the ongoing hiring workflow.
To archive a candidate in Keka, navigate to the Hire (1) section and click on Jobs (2). From there, choose the relevant Job (3) where the candidate you wish to archive is located, noting that there may be several active jobs available.
In the Job go to the Stage (3) the employee is in and under Actions click on three dots (5) and you will find Archive Candidate (6).
In case there are multiple employees you can use the Check box (7) available beside the name of the candidates and under Bulk actions (8) select Archive Candidate (9).
To archive a candidate you can also search for the candidate profile in Global Search (9) and go to the employee profile.
You can then click on Archive (11).
In the archive candidate page please select the Reason for Archiving (12) and Comment (13). You can also choose to Notify (14) employee or not. You can edit the Email Body (15) if required in case you are notifying the employee.
If you have any attachments you can click on the Add Attachment (16). Once you have completed you can click Confirm (17) to archive the candidate.Hope it is now clear how to archive a candidate in Keka HIRE. Need more help? You can refer to the other articles available or Contact Us!
