How to add quicklinks to other portals on the homepage?

 

 

 

Companies often team up with others to offer special perks and tools that help you work better. You might need to visit these other websites now and then. Good news! On Keka's main page, you can add a little box that holds all these quick links. This makes it super easy for you to find what you need.

 

To set up the quick links on Keka's main page, first go to the Home (1) tab. Then, find Quick Access and click on the gear icon (2) next to it. 



 

Once you click on the Settings Icon, you'll be seeing an Add (3) button



 

Then click Add on the Quick Links Widget.



Click the settings icon on the newly added widget.



 

Now, you can name your quick link, add the web address, and even add more links if you want. Once you're done, click 'Save.'



 

These links will be presented as a widget named Quick Links on the homepage. This widget includes hyperlinks that will efficiently direct employees to their intended portals.
