Keka’s New Report Emailing Automation
Keka’s new report emailing feature lets you schedule and send reports automatically. Select recipients, set frequency, and streamline data sharing effortlessly.
Managing and sharing reports just got easier with Keka’s latest UI enhancement! Now, you can send reports via email directly to anyone in your organization—no need to download and send them manually. This new feature lets you select recipients, set a schedule, and choose a frequency—daily, weekly, or monthly—ensuring the right people get the right data at the right time. Stay organized, automate report distribution, and enhance productivity effortlessly with Keka! Let's see how you can do this.
Start by navigating to any of the Reports in any module. In this example, we are looking into Org reports.
Navigate to the 'Org' section located on the left sidebar. Here, you'll find a variety of reports listed under 'Quick Reports' from which you can choose.
After opening a report, enter the required inputs and Run the report to generate relevant information. Next to the Download button, you'll find the Schedule option—click on it and select Email.

A side window Create a Schedule will open where you can configure email settings. Choose the frequency—Daily, Weekly, or Monthly—and set the time, time zone, and recipients (including CC). Add an email subject and note, then click Schedule to finalize. A confirmation prompt will appear—click Confirm, and your email will be scheduled and automatically sent to the selected recipients.
