How to change your dependencies to another Manager

Learn how to update dependencies and change reporting managers in Keka. Easily reassign employee dependencies for seamless workflow management.

When a Manager or Admin submits their resignation, a specific Team section becomes accessible. This feature allows them to reassign their team members to other managers, facilitating a seamless transition of responsibilities. To modify these assignments, Their Exit request must have already been accepted.

To begin, navigate to the Org (1) section and click on the Exits tab (2). Within this tab, locate the Exit Process (3) section and select the Exits in Process (4) phase. From there, click on the Manage (5) button found in the Actions column.

This will open a window. Select the Team (1) section here and click the Edit (2) button. 

Now, under New Reporting Manager (1), choose an employee whom you want to assign this role to and click on Save (2) changes and close the side window. Similarly, you can change it to other roles.
