Benefits
- Increased efficiency: Users can update the status of multiple projects in a single operation, saving time and resources.
- Improved accuracy: Reduces the risk of errors that can occur when manually updating project statuses.
- Better organization: Allows for batch updates of project statuses based on specific criteria or deadlines.
Steps to Configure:
Go to the Projects section and choose Bulk Import, then select Bulk Update Projects under Timesheet Import.
The Update Projects screen will appear. Click on Upload Excel File under Upload Data section.
Update the Project Status Column and upload the excel file.
Introducing the "On Hold" Project Status
We're excited to announce the addition of a new project status: On Hold. This feature provides greater flexibility in managing your projects.
When a project is placed on hold, it will be temporarily suspended, allowing you to pause project activities without losing valuable data. The project will remain accessible for reporting and analytics purposes.
This new status offers several benefits:
- Maintain project data: Preserve project information for future reference.
- Pause project activities: Temporarily suspend work without deleting the project.
- Resume project later: Easily reactivate the project when ready.
- Improved project management: Better control over project lifecycle.
We believe the "On Hold" status will be a valuable tool for managing project workflow and optimizing resource allocation.
