Keka's mobile app allows you to track both your work hours and leave time simultaneously. By following these simple steps, you can ensure accurate timekeeping, even when you're on leave.
Step-by-Step Guide for Filling Timesheet While on Leave

Open the Keka Mobile App
- Launch the app, navigate to the Me tab, and tap on Submit Timesheet.
- Launch the app, navigate to the Me tab, and tap on Submit Timesheet.

Access Weekly Timesheet View
- The weekly timesheet screen will appear. Choose the specific day within the week you want to fill your timesheet for while on leave.

Select Task Options
- In this screen, you’ll see options to Copy Last Week Tasks or Add Task.
- Select either option to add tasks or projects for the chosen day.

Add Task or Project
- Choose the necessary tasks and projects by enabling the checkbox next to each item.
- Tap Add Tasks to save your selections for that day.

Input Leave Details
- In the next screen, a Leave - View Details option will be available.
- Tap on it to enter details about your leave, including the Leave Date and any relevant notes.
- In the next screen, a Leave - View Details option will be available.

Leave Request Submission
- Once you’ve added the required details, the leave request will appear as a Leave Request entry on the timesheet.
- A pop-up message will confirm that the Leave Request is Approved.
- Once you’ve added the required details, the leave request will appear as a Leave Request entry on the timesheet.
You can follow the same process for submitting your Weekly Off requests.
You can follow the same process for submitting your Holiday requests.
