Employee Engagement
Where can employee view his ratings for a released Review?
Ideally, the feedback an employee receives regarding his or her strengths and weaknesses will be invaluable to show how they can put their interests and talents to the best use to benefit the organization. Employee performance reviews are an easy way to ensure you and your employee are on the same page. In addition, by letting someone know where they can improve, you are providing feedback that can improve performance dramatically. So after a review is completed, it is important to release the reviews to employees and the employee go through the feedback received.
Once a Performance Review is released an employee can view it from Me (1). Under Me the employee can go to Performance (2) and select Reviews (3). Here under My Performance Reviews, employees can see the Review Cycle History. Employees can choose the review cycle and click View Submitted Form (4). Once the review cycle is published, it will be shown as completed, and you can click on View Review to view it.
Under View Review, employees can see the feedback given to them under the different Sections (In the screenshot provided there are only Questions available, however if there are other sections, they will appear in the same way as Questions). Employees can use the Collapse Icon provided to view the feedback. They can also change the view by clicking on the View (6) icon provided.
I hope this article helped you understand how an employee can see their reviews which are released. Need more help? You can go through other articles available or Contact Us!
