Performance FAQs

How to roll back a review to the previous stage once it is finalized?

While the review for an employee is completed, in certain cases, due to unexpected circumstances such as an incorrect interpretation of the question or the wrong calibration submitted, the performance admin may wish to have an employee's review rolled back again. In this scenario, Keka offers the admin to roll back the review.

Let us take a look at how we can roll back a review.

Access the Performance (1) module and click on the Reviews (2) section. You will be directed to the Review Cycle (3) tab, where you can choose the relevant review cycle from the list of completed reviews section. Once selected, click on View and Manage (4) to proceed.

Once you click on View and Manage, go to the Summary and Published (1) stage; you'll see the list of employees whose review is already completed & released. Click on the three dots under the Actions column, where you'll see the option to Rollback Review (2).

Enter the reason and click on confirm.

Once you have rolled back the review, again click on the three dots under the Actions column (1), where you'll see the option to Rollback to Post Review Analysis (2).

Notice the report status is now changed from 'Published' to 'Awaiting to publish.'.

The employee will now be moved to post-review analysis.
