How to Enable/Disable Rating for Key Results in a Review cycle?
Key Results are subsets of Goals, sometimes known as Sub Goals or KPIs. They represent the tasks that must be completed to reach the objective. While it's not typically recommended, in Keka, you have the option to enable or disable rating for Key Results during a review cycle.
To enable Rating for a review cycle, go to Performance (1) and select Reviews (2). Here under Review Cycles (3) search for the Review cycle you would like to enable Key Result Rating. Click on Options available on the right and select Clone Settings (4).
Now you will be redirected to Start Review setup. Here you can find the check box Allow Reviewers to Rate on KPIs. When you check the box, the Key result rating for the review cycle will be enabled and if it is unchecked you can rate only the Objectives. Once the configuration is done you can click Next.
Hope the process to enable rating for key results in a review cycle is now clear. Need more help? You can refer to the other articles available or Contact us!
