How to enable On-duty in Capture Scheme?
An On duty can be defined as a situation where an employee may be tasked to go out on the field to fulfill his or her responsibilities outside the office premises for reasons such as client visits, meetings, sales, etc. Keka offers you the option to allow employees to raise an on-duty request, which, upon approval, will exempt the employee from geo-restrictions or IP restrictions (if any) and will allow the employee to be marked as present for that day.
Here's how you can enable the same—
Go to the Time Attend (1) section and into Attendance Tracking (2), where you will see the Capture Scheme (3) tab. If you have multiple capture schemes in your organization, then select the one you wish to make changes to and click on the Edit icon (4).
Upon clicking the pen icon, you will be taken to the setup page. If Remote Work is not already included in your options, simply click on the +Add Capture Methods(1) button and choose Remote Work(2) from the dropdown menu.
Now go to the Remote work section and toggle(3) the switch for On-duty to enable it. MAke necessary changes and finally click Save(4).
This is how you can enable On Duty in the capture scheme.
