How to enable On-duty in Capture Scheme?

An On duty can be defined as a situation where an employee may be tasked to go out on the field to fulfill his or her responsibilities outside the office premises for reasons such as client visits, meetings, sales, etc. Keka offers you the option to allow employees to raise an on-duty request, which upon approval, will exempt the employee from geo-restrictions or IP restrictions (If any) and will allow the employee to be marked as present for that day.

Here's how you can enable the same -

Go to the Time Attend (1) section and into Attendance Tracking (2) where you will see the Capture Scheme (3) tab, if you have multiple capture schemes in your organization, then select the one you wish to make changes to and click on the Edit icon (4).

This will open the setup page. Here, open the remote work section. (If it is not visible you can add it by clicking on +Add capture methods.)

In the remote work section toggle the switch for On-duty to enable it. Here you can configure it according to your Organisations policy.

Finally click on Save and you can exit the window. This is how you can enable On duty in the capture scheme.
