How to enable auto population of ratings in the review form as per the progress of the objectives?
In most scenarios, the progress of an objective in an employee's profile which is usually backed by data is the parameter that helps the RMs suggest a rating for the employee's performance in the review form. Keka offers you the option to auto-populate the ratings as per the progress updated.
Here's how you can enable the same -
Go to the Performance (1) module and into the Reviews (2) section. Under the Review cycles tab check the Review Instance (3) instance for which the setting needs to be enabled.

Within the selected instance or cycle, click on either Start Setup to initiate the process or Continue Setup if you are resuming a cycle or instance that you left incomplete.

In the third section titled Review Forms (1), you will find the review forms (2) displayed just below the rating scale. Click on this section, and you will see a toggle option for enabling the auto-population of ratings in the review form based on the progress of objectives (3) after goals are enabled for review.
Once enabled, you can specify the percentage of progress required for each point in the rating scale. This will depend on the rating scale you choose, whether it's a 3-star, 5-star, or 10-star system, or a customised scale tailored for your organisation's needs.
You also have the checkbox to select which reviewers can override these auto-populated settings during the review process. To do this, simply remove the reviewers you wish to exclude from having this permission.
This is how you can enable autopopulation of ratings for objectives based on progress.
