How to edit review form instructions?
The review process is crucial for evaluating employee contributions to the company goals & individual goals.
Instructions are important to have a brief understanding & clarity about the current review cycle. Although the instructions are added while creating the review cycle, Keka offers you the ability to change & add more details.
Let us take a look at how we can edit review form instructions.
Navigate to the Performance (1) section where you'll see the Reviews (2) tab. Under the Review Cycles (3), select the required review cycle, and then click on the three dots (4) next to the View Progress button and click on Edit, which takes you to the review cycle settings window.
Now, go to the Review Form tab and click on Additional Settings to open up the Settings section of the ongoing review cycle.
In the Additional Settings window, you will have the opportunity to personalize the instruction message for reviewers. Simply enter your desired text in the instruction box provided. Once you have made your edits, click Next to ensure your changes are updated.
