How to disable email alerts when sync tool is not syncing?
When a biometric device added stops syncing, an automated email is triggered to inform that the biometric device has stopped syncing. In some cases, these triggers are not required and you can disable it.
To disable the Email these, go to Global Settings (1) and move to Communications section (2). Now under Event Triggers (3) locate Attendance tab and open it.
Then, for Attendance sync tool alert click on + Add action button under Action types. This will give you the various actions enabled. Now click on the 3 dot menu for the action with email icon and choose disable option. This will disable email alerts when sync tool is not syncing.
