How to copy questions in Review form for a reviewer?

The review process is the procedure where the reporting manager or team leader evaluates employees accomplishments and progress towards the objective and goals. It happens by comparing achievements with preset expectations and providing feedback to the employees about the same. As per the organization's performance management policy, an admin may wish to add certain questions for the reviewers. However, adding questions for multiple reviewers can be tiresome. Keka allows you to copy the questions added to another reviewer.

Let us take a look at how can we copy the question added for a reviewer.

Navigate to the Performance tab (1) and choose Reviews (2). Within the Review Cycle, select the specific Review Cycle (4) in which you wish to make changes and then select Continue Setup (5) to open up the cycle settings page.

If you need to make changes to an already existing review cycle, simply go to the Review Forms (1) section and click on the option Add Questions  (2) specifically for a selected reviewer.

Choose the specific questions you want to copy.

Over the next Overlay window, select the reviewer type from which you wish to copy the questions, select the Questions that you wish to copy & click on Save to add the questions for the review participant.
