How to copy questions from a different reviewer in review cycle?
During a review cycle, if multiple reviewers need to have the same questions, Keka provides the option to copy the questions from one reviewer instead of entering them repeatedly. The copied questions also assist other reviewers when they fill out the form. They can view the responses below these questions if the visibility setting is configured.
To copy questions, navigate to the Performance tab (1) and choose Reviews (2). Within the Review Cycle, select the specific Review Cycle. Then, within the options for the Review cycle, click on the Cycle Settings action button (3) and select Edit (4).
Within the window, navigate to the Review Form (1) section and choose to Add Questions (2) specifically for a selected reviewer.
Click on the "Copy Questions" button here.
Choose the specific questions you want to copy and then select the Reviewer for whom you are adding these copied questions. After making your selections, simply click on the Save button to finalize the process.
You can then verify the questions and the answer types by clicking on Edit option and click Save again to add the questions to the reviewer.
Hope the process of copying questions from a different reviewer is clear. Need more help? You can refer to our other articles available or Contact us!
