How to configure Offer Letter so that Candidates can upload their signature?
When you generate an offer letter on Keka, you may require acknowledgment from the candidate and in most cases a Signature too. In keka you can configure a letter template and choose to add a placeholder so that the employee can add a signature.
To add the Placeholder in Keka HIRE go to Settings (1) and under Offer & Documents select Offer Letter Templates (2). Here you will see the offer letter templates available. Now for the Offer Letter, you would like to edit under options click Edit (3).
Now move to Main content and in the template place your cursor where you want the Signature placeholder. Then under Letter Attributes scroll down to Signatures and you will see Candidate Signature under it. Click on the Candidate Signature and the placeholder will be added where you placed the Cursor. Once this is done click Update.
Now when the template is used to generate the offer letter and sent to the candidate, they can upload the image of their Signature in its place.
Hope the process to add the Candidate signature Attribute in the offer letter is now clear. Need more help? You can refer to the other articles available or Contact us!
