How to configure leaves so that the leave cannot be taken in the year it is being accrued?
If your organization doesn't allow employees to apply for leave in the year it is being accrued, you can configure the same in Keka. The leaves accrued in the present leave calendar year will be available in the next calendar year.
To configure this go to Time Attend (1) and select Leave (2). Here move to Leave Plans and select the Leave plan (3) and the Leave Type (4) you want.
Now, please click on Options and go to Settings.
Under Leave Application (1), go to Leave Application Restrictions (2). Check the box "Leave cannot be used by employees in the same year they are accrued."(3)
Hope it is now clear how to configure leaves so they cannot be taken in the year they are being accrued. Need more help? You can refer to the other available articles or contact us!
