How to allow Reviews to Skip Ratings?

Not all questions or objectives are applicable for all employees. When a Question or Objective which is not applicable for an employee shows up in the review form, the reviewer may want to skip it. In Keka you can allow reviewers to skip ratings for sections that may not be applicable for the employee.

Here's how - 

Go to Performance (1) and select Reviews (2). Under Reviews select Review Cycles and the specific Review Cycle you would like to make the change and click on Edit (3).

In the Additional options under Review Form (4) , select the reviewer and choose the option skip rating (5) from the dropdown menu in the Additional Settings for reviewers section. Once this option is selected, click on Next (6).
