How to add goals as review parameter in review form of a review cycle?
The review process is the procedure where reporting manager or team leader evaluates employees accomplishments and progress towards the objective and goals. It happens by comparing achievements with preset expectations and providing feedback to the employees about the same.
As per the organization's performance management policy, the admin may wish to take into consideration the goals for employees as part of the review cycle. Keka allows you to enable goals as part of the review cycle in the cycle settings.
Here's how you can do the same -
Navigate to the Performance (1) section where you'll find the Reviews (2) section and under that the Review Cycles (3) tab. In the Review Cycles section under the Active/Upcoming(3) review cycles you get the Continue setup (4) button. Click on Continue Setup to open up the cycle settings page.
Go to the 3rd section Review forms (1), where you have options to select the Goals (2) as the parameter to be evaluated, hence adding them to the review form and select the relevant Timeframe (3) for the objective.
And that's it. This is how Keka simplifies the process of incorporating goals within the review cycle, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of employees' performance. In case you have any more doubts, don't hesitate in reaching out to our support team who are always ready to help you out.
