How can reporting manager view Internal notes and Personal feedback given to their direct report?
All employees in the organization can write an internal note to any employee in the organization whereas Personal feedback can be given by admins to any employee or by managers to their direct or incorrect reports. A reporting manager can view the Personal Feedback or Internal Notes given to their Reports in order to analyze and work on them if required.
A manager can view Internal Note or personal feedback given to any of their direct reports by going to My Team (1) and under Performance (2) select Reports (3). Here under Feedback Reports, you can see Employee Feedbacks and Internal Notes (4).
In both Reports, you need to select the Reporting Tree Type and Date range which are mandatory fields and click Run. Once the report is generated you can click the Download Icon to Download the report.
Reporting managers can also view them from the employee's profile by searching for the employee name in the Global Search (1).
In the Profile go to Performance and select Continuous Feedback. Here you will find Feedback and Internal Note.
Hope now you know how reporting managers can see the Internal Notes or Personal Feedback of their direct reports. Need more help? You can refer to the other articles available or Contact us!
